In the event of illness, we will reschedule your session.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as we can, and will arrange another date with you.
During a full-day session, a 30-minute lunch break will be taken. This is not charged and is not part of the session.
We are unable to take away rubbish, however we may be able to take small amounts of donations for charity, or recycling for the recycling centre if you are unable to do this yourself.
If you have large quantities or large items for disposal then you should make arrangements for this.
We can help you to move light items of furniture if required during a session, but we are unable to move heavy items of furniture for health and safety reasons.
We are happy to help with light cleaning e.g. dusting, cleaning shelves, light hoovering if required as part of the organisation process.
We will offer advice and encouragement without pressure, and guide you through the decluttering process, however it is always your decision whether to keep or discard items. We cannot be held responsible for these decisions.
As we are unable to give valuations on artwork, antiques, jewellery etc., we would advise you to obtain your own valuations of such items of value if you no longer wish to keep them.
Your possessions will always be handled with respect and care however we cannot accept liability for any accidental damage or loss that may occur during the course of our work. We advise you to have suitable home insurance in place.
